During my many years as a physical therapist and yoga instructor, I have gained valuable knowledge of the human body’s physiology.
By combining aspects from both disciplines, I have achieved a higher rate of success with teaching yoga and in the context of yoga therapy. I consider individual needs and arrange a bespoke program, depending on those needs.
